FOUNDER and CEO
Neelakandan the FOUNDER and CEO of Pay Master, with an over-all experience of 30 years in payroll space. His tremendous in-depth knowledge of local employee related legislations (Income Tax Act 1961) engages him in regular consultation related to the compliance matters, tax policies, salary structures, tax planning of employees. His Journey of career initiated with MNC’s like Tektronix, India Coated Cartons, MRO-TEK, Microcon and SES Computers in various operational and leadership roles. He also holds the membership for various kinds of Insurances like LIC (Branch Manager’s Club), Oriental Insurance & Star Health as a non-life insurance.
E Santosh Yadaw
Finance & Accounting
E Santosh Yadaw holds Accountancy degree from Bangalore University and MBA in Finance, with an overall experience of 17 years in Accounts, Finance and Payroll Services. He started his career with the Logistic Company M/s. Sindhu Cargo. Prior to joining Pay Master, he had worked with Coffee Day. He has over 14 years of experience handling Finance & Accounting and Operations of Coffee Day within its Subsidiaries both in domestic & International.
